Ingredients
1 potato
1tsbp or less of olive oil
salt to taste
Directions
Wash your potato and stab it with a fork. Coat with olive oil and sprinkle on your salt.
Put in the air fryer for 25 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Rotate after 25 minutes and cook another 25 minutes. It is done when you can stick a fork in and the middle feels soft. The skin for me has been crispy and delicious.
Notes
I like mine plain. But you can add cheese, sour cream, and other items you want on baked potatoes.
I have cooked 4 potatoes at one time.
