Mexican Rice / Spanish Rice

Ingredients

2 bags of 10 minute boil rice cooked

1/3 cup of chicken broth

2 pats of butter

1 can of Rotel

2 tsp of Taco Seasoning ( you can add more to reach the spice level you like)

Directions

Cook the rice and return to the pot with broth and butter. Mix. Then add the Rotel and Taco Seasoning.
